Greetings once again,

It is almost time for the monthly At Large chapter conference call.  I
hope everyone who participated in Richmond seminar had productive
visits with their State Delegates and/or staff.  This month I want to
watch and reflect on a pair of video clips.  The core content is the
same in both, the introductions and supporting content differ a
little.  If you enjoy the speech it was turned into a book which can
