[NFBV-At-Large] Monthly chapter Zoom meeting announcement

Greetings once again,



The first frost of the season coated my mailbox earlier this month, and I
smelled wood smoke from a neighbors pot bellied stove on the wind.  In the
coming weeks the countless hues of greens covering the mountains and
valleys of Virginia will transform into  spectacular oranges, reds and a
myriad of other colors I see only in my mind but must remind my sighted
friends to take a moment and appreciate.  Registration for state convention
is also open and I want to spend the first portion of the meeting
coordinating transportation to Portsmouth for our far flung chapter members
and friends.

notice the changing fragrances  and soundscapes as Summer transitions to
Fall.  Hear the leaves crunch beneath your shoes as you walk through your
neighborhood and the aroma of fresh mulch as gardens are prepared for
winter dormancy.
