Greetings once again,



 The Pennsylvania rodent says we have another six weeks of winter and I
remind myself the little bugger only has an accuracy rate of about 30
percent.  Hopefully the incessant hum of heat pumps will soon be replaced
with a serenade of bird songs.  This is a long winded way of saying another
At Large chapter meeting is nearly here.  The focus this month in addition
to Family Matters will be reflections on Richmond and Washington seminars
and thoughts on the topics for March, April, and May.  Remember, June and
July we will be off for Summer break.
