[NFBV-At-Large] March At Large chapter meeting

Greetings once again,

True March madness is getting a cold rainy light the fireplace weekend
after a week of glorious Spring weather.  Hopefully the upcoming weeks will
be sunny instead of gloomy.  It is also time for the March At Large chapter
meeting.

The focus this month in addition  to Family Matters will be firming up
topics for April and May meetings.  Summer break supersedes June and July
meeting dates.  I am also open to ideas for Fall meeting topics.  For those
of us in central, western, and southwestern Virginia, The Roanoke Times is
still offline  in NFB Newsline due to a cyber attack.  Unlike their sister
publications The Times is still only publishing obituaries in Newsline.  In
the meantime I encourage impacted readers  to read the Bristol,
Charlottesville, Richmond, and Washington papers to fill in their news void.
