Greetings once again,



With apologies to Bing Crosby and Garth Brooks I am dreaming of April
showers, storms at night where the thunder rolls and echos off the hills
and buildings.  Weekend morning light accompanied by the patter of rain on
my roof and the joyous squeal of a neighbor’s child as she and her dog
splash in a mud puddle.  Here in the mountains my NFB spirit is flagging
 and the parched yard outside my door is matched  only by the need I have
to replenish my soul with a good At Large chapter  philosophy discussion.

A couple of questions  President Riccobono has suggested as discussion
starters.

o   How the movement was important here?

o   What connections can we make to current day circumstances?

o   What is the chapter (and/or the affiliate) doing to document the
stories of people in the chapter-affiliate and preserve the history of
actions taken in the chapter-affiliate?

o   How might this become a regular part of our organizing at the
local-affiliate level?

o   And one more, does any of this matter?
