[NFBV-At-Large] Blind hunting contact

I am thinking of potential topics for the state convention in Loudon Co.,
in October.  I was thinking back over some of the topics we have considered
for chapter  meetings and recalled blind hunting was one of them.  Does
anyone recall who proposed the topic and who his/her contact in the field
is?  I am thinking the panel-presentation  would need someone from the
Department of Conservation Resources, Department of Wildlife Resources, a
local hunting-fishing guide, and possibly someone familiar with state
legislation and regulations.

Anyone interested or am I completely off my rocker?
