Greetings once again,

It is almost time for the monthly At Large chapter conference call.
This month we will be holding an open conversation hour.  With many of
us involved in Washington Seminar  this week I do not want to hold a
traditional meeting.  I will work on planning a program for the March
call.

The chapter call is open to all members and non-members.
