Hello,
To the Fairfax Chapter Members who are planning to attend the Virginia State convention, and have not made travel arrangements, this is a GREAT opportunity, please see email message below.
Those Chapter Members who have been awarded Fellowships, please note that the Fellowship does include the cost of your transportation to attend the State Convention. If you plan to travel with the Potomac Chapter, please let Tajuan Farmer know and let him know that the cost for your transportation will be taken care of by the Fairfax Chapter on the day of travel.
Thank you
Wanda

Good day, all
Transportation has been confirmed The cost will be: $30 per way and must be paid prior to getting on the motorcoach. Those who require roundtrip transportation must pay $60 at time of boarding. Checks/money orders may be made payable to PC-NFB. Cash is always accepted. All funds will be accepted by Mr. Tracy Soforenko.
The vehicle will be leaving promptly at 5:30pm from St. George's Episcopal Church located at: 915 N. Oakland Street, Arlington, Virginia on Thursday, October 24, 2013. The return will be departing the Fredericksburg Hospitality House on Sunday, October 27, 2013 promptly at: 1pm. There will be one dropoff at a local metro (not yet designated as of yet) before final dropoff at the church.
As the chapter has made financial obligations to the bus company, no refunds will be granted as of the date of this message. If you have any questions feel free to contact transportation coordinator, Mr. Tajuan Farmer at: (202) 255-2416 or via email at: tajuan.farmer at va.gov.
We look forward to seeing you there!
PS If you are unsure as to which obligation you have made, please give Mr. Tajuan Farmer a call ASAP.
