[Nfbv-fairfax] Fairfax Chapter meeting this Thursday at Red Lobster: meet the gold medal judo champion

Hi,
Our chapter meeting this Thursday will be at the Red Lobster on Fairfax Blvd starting at 6:30 PM for dinner.

Our guest speaker will be Lori Pierce who is a gold and silver medal Judo champion. Lori also participates in several other competitive athletic activities as well. And, she happens to be blind.

Lori will show us that being vision impaired need not be a limitation when it comes to sports and exercise.

Again, arrive by 6:30 PM to order dinner and to socialize.

Our November  17, 2016 meeting will be at the home of Cathy and Fred Schroeder . Our program will be of great interest to those who are looking for a job or searching for a better one. Our presenter is an expert on LinkedIn and she will be showing us how making the connections to get hired for your next job are just a few keyboard clicks away. You won't want to miss it.

Our December 15, 2016 meeting will again be at the home of Fred and Cathy Schroeder. This will be our annual holiday party and you need to be there.

Starting in January, all future meetings will be at the Red Lobster in Fairfax.
