info about becoming a sponsor or exhibitor to this year’s NFBV State Convention
Hello Fellow Federationist,

We are reaching out to you to enlist your assistance in attracting sponsors and exhibitors to this year’s State Convention. Sponsors and exhibitors are an important part of our goal of making available information, resources and activities that can be of value to all members of our NFB affiliate as well as our families, friends and the professionals who provide services.

There are many ways in which sponsors can participate in our November 3-5, 2017 Convention. These include:

  * Participating as an exhibitor on the afternoon of Friday November 3.
  * Being a sponsor of a higher dollar amount. While a table in the exhibit hall will be made available to all sponsors as one of the many benefit, attendance at the Convention is not required.
  * Sponsoring a specific event. Identification of possible events can be obtained from the Convention Exhibitor and Sponsor Coordinators.
  * Donating a door prize for the Exhibit Hall or other opportunities during the Convention.

Sponsors and exhibitors will be able to connect with over 250 consumers from across the state of Virginia who are blind or have low vision, as well as family members, educators and rehabilitation service providers.

If you know of a business or organization in your area who would like to be a sponsor and/or exhibitor at this year’s 59th NFB of Virginia State Convention, please share the below information with them. Attracting sponsors from your local community is a great way to promote awareness of the NFB in your community.

We thank you in advance for being an active contributor to working together to allowing people who are blind “Live the Life They Want!”

Annette Carr
Exhibitor Coordinator

Deadline for registering as an exhibitor/sponsor is September 30, 2017. Registrations will continue to be accepted after the deadline, but not all benefits can be guaranteed.
