We have a number of business items to discuss this month, and it is very
important that each member contributes to the conversation. Joy Relton, our
treasurer, and Rodney Neely, our secretary, are both resigning from their
positions, and we need to conduct a midterm election. Ideally, 2 or 3
people will form a nominating committee. Next we need any member who is
interested in running for these positions to let us know. If you have
questions about what is entailed with these positions, Joy, Rodney and
myself would be happy to answer your questions.

The Rita's Italian Ice Community event is scheduled for July 18. We need
volunteers to help with getting this event off the ground.
