Note to NFBV Fairfax Chapter list serve members.  

 

Our July meeting will be our Rita's Community Outreach event.  Please plan
to arrive by 7pm, and stay until at least 8:30pm.  The event officially runs
from 6:00pm - 9:30pm.  The address is:

 

Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard of Fairfax, 10726 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax,
VA 22030

 

There are plenty of places in this shopping center to grab dinner prior to
the event, unless you are planning on eating Italian Ice and Frozen Yogurt
for dinner.

 

Because this is a Community Outreach event, we would like to have some games
or small gadgets/items that are used by people who are blind.  If you can
bring something to show off, please let me know by Tuesday July 16 what you
are planning on bringing.  

 

Please share the below and attached announcement widely.  Posting it on
social media is encouraged.  The link to Rita's Facebook page is provided at
the bottom.  This event is a Community Outreach event as well as a fund
raiser for the Fairfax Chapter.  A large turnout will make this event a
success.

all sales will support future activities of the Fairfax NFB Chapter.
