At this month's virtual meeting of the Fairfax Chapter of the NFB we are
excited to share information about fitness. Are you looking for accessible
fitness activities,  Do you want to learn how to get started on your fitness
journey, or how to track your fitness activities to aid you in meeting your
personal fitness goals? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then
this presentation is for you! no matter your level of fitness or your
fitness goals, we are sure you will be able to take away information that
you can immediately put to use. Amir Abdolrahimi, a board member of the
Washington Association of Blind Athletes (MWABA) will share his knowledge of
fitness activities and how you can make them a part of your life. Come ready
to learn about both group and individual activities such as working out,
walking, biking and much more.  Bring your questions as well as your own
tips to add to the discussion as we learn about fitness together. 

 

We will be meeting on Zoom again this month and we will be using our
Affiliate Zoom log in.
