This month's presentation.


Do you have a favorite relaxation technique?  How do you deal with reducing
stress?  Do you meditate, do yoga, use breathing techniques, ASMR, guided
relaxation, exercise, something else?  Come prepared to share and learn
different ways in which we can take care of our emotional, mental and
physical health.  This will be an informal discussion and sharing is
encouraged.  

 

We will also be discussing future meting topics.  Please bring at least 2
ideas for topics you would like to see us host at our monthly meetings.
Remember, our chapter is made up of the collection of all of our members.
Your contributions are welcome, as well as needed.
