	Comments given since Board-approved Amendments:
1. There is a discrepancy between the name of the chapter; see Article VIII. (This has since been changed.)
2. Incorporating the Code of Conduct is not necessary. The Code of Conduct is Federation policy, so it automatically applies.
3. Rules regarding discipline and action with respect to non-members is not necessary and does not belong in a Constitution, since the chapter can do as it deems appropriate when having to address such matters.
