[NFBV-Historic-Fredericksburg] Chapter activities

Members,

We will not hold the Walk with the Blind (as planned for Oct 15) this year.
Also, the chapter is slated to be suspended at the convention due to lack of
participation.  It may be revitalized in the future by other  interested
leaders.  Let me know if you are interested in this  and I will pass on your
name and interest to the NFB of Virginia.
