[NFBV-Historic-Fredericksburg] Need someone to accompany on trip to DC

On Tuesday, Jan 31, I will travel via VRE to DC to visit Congresswoman Span
Berger and Congressman Wittman.  This purpose is to talk about legislation
to benefit blind people.  I hope to have someone travel with me.  We will
depart about 8 am and return about 4 pm
