<p class="MsoNormal">Earlier this week, I asked everyone to let me know if you will attend tomorrow afternoon’s rescheduled monthly chapter meeting at 1:00 in the Central Rappahannock Regional Library. So far, very few of you have responded.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Although the weather will not be perfect, provided the library does not close, I invite and encourage everyone to come. Some people will be attending the Richmond Seminar and board meeting early next week. Others plan to attend the Washington
Seminar later this month. Former President Maurer considers this gathering of Federationist from throughout the country to resemble a mini convention.
