Hello,

This is very interesting. If I was younger I may have been another Gordy
Howe.

Hi John,

I received this in my school e-mail and thought our group would be
interested. I think Justin would find this interesting as well. See you all
soon at the holiday party!

Kim,

Hi! Would you please share this exciting opportunity with any contacts you
know in the NoVa/Washington DC/MD area who could spread the word about blind
ice hockey?

Coach Bruce Porter, Jr. is recruiting players of ALL ages for the fast
growing sport of blind ice hockey for the blind and vision impaired. The
opportunity to try it once, or continue practicing weekly, is FREE. This
includes coaching, equipment and ice time.

I never thought I'd be a hockey mom, but our sons, ages 9 and 12, had their
first practice last week and LOVE it already. The coach gave them homework
and they are practicing street/field hockey at home.

See the link for more information and practice times. Coach Bruce welcomes
all inquiries. 202-436-6577 or bporterjr at bva.org <mailto:bporterjr at bva.org>

Kind regards,

Kristin Calhoun
