Hello,

 

Hoping you can help us spread the word about a swim class for individuals
who are blind, have low-vision, and/or a physical disability. The class
meets on Wednesday evenings at Providence RECenter (7525 Marc Dr, Falls
Church, VA 22042) The class is titled "Paralympic Swim Team Training" but is
open to anyone who has a physical disability and wants to learn how to swim
or how to improve their stroke. It is a fun environment with very
experienced coaches and a low swimmer/coach ratio to provide opportunities
for individualized instruction.
