Hello to Both of You, John Halvorsen, and John Bailey,

 

I was advised to contact you by Michael Casey, President at The NFB Virginia State Chapter. 

 

I am VP for Community Outreach at The McLean Community Players. 

 

We have had a partnership with Neely Oplinger and The Metropolitan Washington Ear for three years now. 

 

MWE provides an Audio Described Performance for each of our quarterly productions, and this is always on the second weekend of our three weekend runs, at our Sunday matinee performance at 2 PM. 

 

Our next production is Comic Potential, opening October 7th and running through Saturday, October 22nd.  

 

Our Audio Described Performance will be on Sunday, October 16th at 2 PM at The McLean Community Center at 1234 Ingleside Drive in McLean. 

 

I am interested in knowing how I can let the members of your respective local chapters know about our performances in general, and most specifically at this time, about our performance upcoming on Sunday, October 16th at 2 PM. 

 

I am happy to facilitate securing tickets, just please let me know if you would like me to do so.
