The film, Harriet has finally arrived! It is a dramatization about the life of American icon, Ms. Harriet Tubman. If you wish to read the review of this film from the Washington Post, see below...

The Sports and Recreation Division of the National Federation of the Blind of the District of Columbia in conjunction with the I3S Support Group will be hosting a visit to the movies to see Harriet next weekend. The show is scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2019 starting between 11AM and 2PM at the AMC Rivertowne 12 Cinema in Oxon Hill, Maryland (near National Harbor). Address: 6075 Oxon Hill Road in the Rivertowne Commons Shopping Center. Specific times for the show will be released by the theater no later than noon on the Thursday before the show. Arrangements have been made to allocate up to 20 descriptive audio listening devices. If you choose to attend the showing scheduled before 12PM, ticket prices are $5.49 (per seat) plus taxes and fees. Please reply to Mr. Tajuan Farmer, President, NFBDC Sports and Recreation Division no later than Wednesday, November 13, 2019 to secure your seat.
