> Project RISE is planning a career fair for our students in Alexandria on Saturday, April 23, and virtually on Monday, April 25. We are looking for blind professionals (current or retired) to talk with our students and show them what is possible for their futures! This is a great opportunity to meet our Project RISE students and give back to the next generation of blind students.
> We are especially looking for blind people who have worked in the following careers, but if you are in a different career but have relevant experience to share feel free to sign up:
> *Counseling or social work
> *Retail
> *Law
> *Medical/healthcare
> *Music
> *Childcare or early child education
> *Custodian/janitorial
> *Office work or receptionist
> *Work with animals
> *Work related to sports

> Please also let us know if you know a blind person who might be interested.
> We are most in need of volunteers who can come to our Alexandria event in person on Saturday April 23 from noon-3:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
