[NFBV-Potomac-Announce] AIRA EPIC FAIL: Submit Complaints

	For those of us who sometimes or frequently use AIRA, their recent horrendous communication involving outrageous fees, and lack of transparency for those with existing plans and those who might wish to sign up, have roiled the community. Below is one of the most objective and spot-on assessments of the situation. Please read this and reach out to AIRA, and consider filing a consumer complaint (I will post more information about that later today or tomorrow). 
Even if you do not, have not, or do not ever intend to use AIRA, please support your blind and print-disabled siblings in the quest for transparency and respect from a company that could not exist without the customers they are now disappointing, to put it mildly.
This is insult added to injury, as their have been anecdotal reports for months now of diminished and inferior service.
