Hello PCNFB chapter members and friends. At our October chapter meeting, we discussed the upcoming Bay Bridge walk to raise money for the National Federation of the Blind and on our most recent Presidential Release Live, President Riccobono announced end-of-year financial gifts from HumanWare and anonymous donors up to $100,000. This means that your support of my walk will be doubled which is truly exciting.

The link to donate is below and in the box that asks in whose honor this donation is given, enter Sandy Halverson. The hope is that each person who registers will raise a minimum of $300 so please do what you can.

Registration closes on October 25 and it would be great if others decide to register and join me! Let me know if you're interested and we can go from there.
