Hello,

Announcement of a Potomac Chapter Board meeting.

Our board meetings are open to all. All members are cordially invited to join us at 7:00  PM, Sunday August 17 for an important Potomac Chapter board meeting. Details below. Also, I have included Zoom information.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, enjoying the summer, and planning to do something fun over the weekend.

We have use of our affiliate Zoom Sunday, August 17 from 7 to 8 pm and among the things we should decide as a board include:

  1.  Setting a regular meeting date and time
  2.  Recommending a membership chairperson to our chapter
  3.  Discussion of changing to a calendar year for membership purposes

Please reply All so we can determine if we have a quorum for Sunday and if we do, I'll ask John to send this note to our chapter so others may join if available.
