Good afternoon. At our last board meeting, we agreed to meet quarterly and the date and time were set for Sunday,, November 9 at 7 p.m. Some of us put it on our calendars and others may have forgotten but everybody is welcome.

We will be discussing our chapter holiday party on Saturday December 13, the meal choices offered on the catering contract we have received, and a few other things which should not take long.

For those new to our chapter, anyone can participate in our board meetings but only the officers and board members vote on the recommendations to be made at our upcoming chapter meeting on Wednesday; that meeting announcement will go out tomorrow to avoid confusion.
