If the Chapter agrees to the new terms. You, as Chapter President, will receive an official notification and contract.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>In the past, groups, including PCNFB, were not required to sign contracts or pay a rental deposit . A new Church policy will require all groups to sign a contract and pay a refundable $300 deposit. The deposit will be returned when the group leaves Saint George’s, assuming that the group has not caused any damage.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The Potomac Chapter has been paying an annual rental fee of $250. This fee will increase in the amount of $10 per month, beginning in May, 2017.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>If we use Saint George’s for the 2016 BELL program, Saint George’s will not charge us the full space rental fee.
