<p class="MsoNormal">The House of Representatives will vote on H.R. 620 tomorrow morning. Overall debate begins at 9:00 a.m., with votes on amendments and the final bill beginning at approximately 11:15. While we did not learn about this final scheduling until
earlier today, we are hoping that each of you can get three to five members to sit in the gallery. We are hoping that members could arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. Members should call either me or Kyle when they arrive so that we can get the gallery passes
to them. My cell phone is 410-917-1965 and Kyle’s is 240-723-6174. <o:p></o:p></p>
