The formal part of the program will start at 12:30 p.m. during which I will introduce Zach Terwilliger, the new United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, make a brief presentation regarding the ADA legal principles that apply in multiple settings and discuss some of the highlights of the United States Attorney’s Office’s Civil Rights Enforcement Program.
