<p class="MsoNormal">Some of us will take the water taxi from Old Town Alexandria to National Harbor. It runs every half hour from the dock behind the Torpedo Factory Art Gallery. A group of us plan to take the 12:05 PM boat. We should plan to meet at
the water taxi dock at National Harbor between 12:30 and 1:00 PM.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We will find a restaurant or different groups may find different restaurants for lunch. The advantage of this is you are able to select your cuisine and pay independently.
