For those first timers out there that have not attended an in person
convention. This is one of the ways you could attend. It is called the
Jernigan scholarship award. This webpage will help you find out what you
need to do to apply and qualify. There is another way call the McDonald’s
fellowship which the NFB V  can provide. I will send that link out shortly.
Again, this link is for first time attendees for in person conventions for
this year. Convention dates are July 5-10 in New Orleans Louisiana. Kenneth
