[NFBV-Richmond-Announce] Chili Cookoff

Good Morning Chapter Members

 

I hope this email finds you all well. I am writing because the deadline to
RSVP for the Chili Cookoff is swiftly approaching. As of right now, I have
few people that have sent an email or called either Domonique, Marquana, or
myself to RSVP. At your earliest convenience, please make it a point to
inform one of us of your attendance. Outside of the contestants and judges,
the people who register are the only ones that are guaranteed a table
setting at the Chili Cookoff. I would not want people to think that just
because they are a chapter member they would be guaranteed a seat. You will
be permitted to attend, but you would be standing because I must give a
count of attendees to the Church to make sure things are correctly set up.
