[NFBV-Richmond-Announce] Requesting financial assistance from the chapter

Hello,
At our last two chapter meetings, we talked about applying for financial assistance through the chapter. If this is something you plan to do, remember that we need this submitted by May 14. That’s the day after the board meeting, and its Mother’s Day, so hopefully it will be easy to remember. This is what we will need from you.

1. A breakdown of estimated costs in the following areas. 
a. Travel (airfare)
b. Ground transportation to and from the airport and other places you may need to go.
c. Hotel
d. Food
e. Registration and banquet ticket.
f. Miscellaneous expenses

2. What is the amount of money you will be paying for convention?
 
On May 15 we will look at the requests we have received, and
