[NFBV-Richmond-Announce] Meeting reminder and important information

Good afternoon Federation family,
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed time with family and friends. This message is a reminder for our chapter meeting on Monday. It also has important information about elections and our  upcoming holiday party so please be sure to read to the end.

1. We will hold our monthly chapter meeting tomorrow, November 27 at 6:30 PM. As usual, we will be meeting in the assembly room at VRCBVI. We will also have a virtual component to the meeting and the zoom link is below. Please remember that the door will be locked so please ring the doorbell. If you have difficulty getting in, please call me at 615–9 04–4225.

2. During tomorrow’s meeting we will be holding our annual elections. This is a reminder that in order to vote, you need to be current on your dues. Please email Mark Roane, or see him prior to the meeting to pay your five dollars annual dues.

3. Our annual holiday party will be held on December 7 at 5:30 PM at the Capital Ale House. The address is 623 E Main Street Richmond, VA, 23219. The cost to attend is $25. If you would like to attend, we need to have your name no later than November 29 so I can give them a final headcount. The cost to attend is $25 which you can bring to the chapter meeting. If you need alternative payment arrangements, please reach out to me at 615–9 04–4225. During our chapter meeting, we will talk about doing another round of white elephant gift exchange as well as some other fun party activities.
