[NFBV-Richmond-Announce] Update on possible bus to convention

Good morning,
The idea of chartering a bus has been brought to the table again due to service cancellations from Amtrak. The bus would start in Northern Virginia and make a stop in Richmond to pick up interested members. At present we do not know what the cost will be for this but the bus will take you straight to the hotel.
