I hope you received the Healthy Brain handout (email 1 of 3) that I emailed
yesterday.

Yes, I do know that 2 comes before 3.  Email 2 is the Workbook that Nancy
Quarles talked about.  Unfortunately, we are having issues with converting
the Workbook to an accessible document and  will distribute it as soon as
