I hope you are able to join us for our first silver BELLS engagement program this Sunday, December 7th at 7:00 PM, when we will offer a seminar on accessible shopping. Our technology instructor, Mary Durbin, and I will facilitate a discussion with Patrick Long, CEO of Innosearch.

Innosearch offers accessible online and phone-based shopping, flight reservations, and grocery delivery for blind and low-vision users. Patrick will describe and demonstrate how Innosearch utilizes AI to help us access products from a large and growing number of sellers. Innosearch does offer a phone based option as well so internet is not required to use their service.

Time permitting, Mary and I will also discuss useful strategies and tools for brick-and-mortar shopping.
This meeting will take place over Zoom. The meeting information is provided below.
