[NFBV-Winchester] Guest speaker for next week's chapter meeting

Hello everyone,
We will have a guest speaker Donna Day from Access Independence. She is the deaf and hearing impaired specialist.
She will go over the programs for both Deaf and Blind. I will be sending out the meeting agenda shortly.
