Today we celebrate Charlie Brown's life. Funeral services will be held today at 2 PM in Winchester, Virginia.
Charlie was our past state affiliate president for 26 years and he was very valuable in the lives of so many of us within the Federation.
We love you and we miss you Charlie 🥰
