[NFBV-Winchester] Cancellation, employment, disability, conference

Chapter members and friends,
I wanted to advise everybody that the employment disability conference has been canceled for October 17, 2022 which was to be held by NW works.
They will be refunding the sponsorship of $250 back to the Chapter. Hopefully in the future we can support them in another endeavor.
