Since this is The time we would regularly meet over at Sollenberger.</div><div>Let me know if you have any questions and I hope to see you all there!</div><div>The Winchester Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Virginia will host an event on October 16 in conjunction with the Lions Club at the walking mall to coincide with blind Equality Achievement Month and White Cane Awareness Day. This event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the Presbyterian Church down by the kids fountain.
