<p class="MsoNormal">The 2023 Valley Health Community Wellness Festival is almost here. We’re looking forward to another exciting day this Saturday, helping to improve the health and wellness of our community. But the festival is really about individuals. Each

 year we hear from festival attendees, often friends and neighbors, who are able to make better health and wellness choices because of information they have learned at the Community Wellness Festival. Thank you for being part of the festival and making a difference.

 Thanks also goes to the Winchester Medical Center Foundation for their ongoing support of the festival.

The festival is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is expected that all exhibitors will remain for the entire day. Exhibitors who do not do so may not be invited to participate in future festivals.

</span></span></span><u></u>Exhibitors can set up their space either Friday evening beginning at 9 p.m. or on Saturday morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. Be sure to be ready to go by 9:45 a.m. as many participants arrive early to have their blood testing completed

 after having fasted all night. <u></u><u></u></p>

The fitness & wellness demonstration schedule for the JCPenney court is attached, along with a flier detailing the discounted blood testing offered by Valley Health Lab Services.
