Since we will be conducting some important votes at the meeting, it is important to know if you are serving as the voting delegate from your chapter or division and to communicate this fact as you arrive. As a result, we kindly ask all delegates to arrive by 12:50 PM ET for the meeting.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">We welcome everyone to participate in our Saturday, August 3 Board of Directors meeting. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoPlainText"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoPlainText">Shortly, you will receive details about how to share ideas in advance for our upcoming state convention. We’d love your ideas and suggestions.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoPlainText">I would also appreciate your suggestions for agenda ideas for the 8/3 board meeting. State convention planning is a primary focus for our 8/3 meeting but there is other work in progress that must be covered.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoPlainText"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoPlainText">Date: Saturday, August 3 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
