<p style="margin-top: 4px;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As the supreme authority of the organization, the Convention assembled elects leaders and sets policies and priorities. Delegations normally need to be in-person to vote but the board has proposed rules of engagement for the virtual environment. Similar rules were adopted in 2020.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The National Federation of the Blind is a community of members and friends who believe in the hopes and dreams of the nation’s blind. Our organization requires a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are committed to a safe and welcoming environment. The NFB Code of Conduct outlines policies and standards for anyone who participates in Federation activities. <h2><span style="font-size:20pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold">Survivor Safe Space</span></span></span></span></h2>
<p><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As a part of our ongoing efforts to provide safety, support, and inclusion within the National Federation of the Blind, the Survivor Task Force is providing a safe space for survivors and individuals who have been impacted or harmed by sexual misconduct. Breakout rooms will be available for one-on-one confidential support. Visit the safe space via Zoom meeting ID 202 313 2945 Monday through Friday from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern and on Saturday between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. Eastern.</span></span></span></p>
