[nfbwatlk] Deviant Traffic Signal

I have never thought about it. But I must have been through an awful lot
of traffic intersections in my life.
Not once have I ever seen a right-turn green arrow.
Maybe they have them in countries where they drive on the opposite side of
the street, just like we have left-turn green arrows here.
But I would not have expected to encounter a right-turn one here.
Did Broadway & Fourth get left out of the Declaration of Independence?
Maybe it's still part of the U.K.?
