correspondence, claims support, scanning, filing, faxing and telephone
back-up. 

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, clear and
concise written and oral communicational skills, and be proficient in MS
Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Internet
proficiency is a must. The ability to work independently as well as in a
team environment with minimum supervision is necessary. They will have
excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
