As 2008 lurches to a halt, I wanted to pass along my best wishes for all of 
you for the new year. If one thing was hammered home to me in the past year, 
it's that life is full of surprises. Even when you think you've got it 
figured out, it turns out that you didn't after all. I stopped doing 
resolutions long ago, my batting average was abyssmal. I am aiming in 2009 
for t same thing I aimed for in 2008, to do better. Here's hoping 2009 is an 
up year for all of us. Cheers.
