Norm Larkin has been transfered to Cascade Care Center in Vancouver.  He 
is recovering slowly with good spirits.  He would love any calls or 
visitors.  His contact number is 360-713-0931.



Norm was hit by a drunk driver while traveling on a sidewalk in NW. 
Portland about a month ago.  Norm is blind and a member of the clark 
County Chapter.  Norm has hired a Personal Injury Attorney.



Even if you don't know Norm give him a quick call and remind him the 
Federation cares and we will be there for him when he needs us.
