I would like to thank everyone for their comments concerning this issue. I  
hope this further deminstrates that we are committed to the blind community in  
WA State. I posted the information to the list to inform members and 
nonmembers  of the possibility of this cut to the OTC and to generate support. I am 
greatful  that our position is supportive. Special thanks to Mike, Dan, Ben & 
Jedi. I  hope that we can show DSB on Saturday March 7; that we the NFB of WA 
support the  OTC in all its programs. The program may not be the best; but its 
better than it  was; we can always improve anything if there is a need; but we 
can't do it if it  isn't there.
